26-27' LTHS Tennis Team 'Move-In' Tryouts

Players MUST sign up for tryouts by THURSDAY July 23rd, 2026. 

Tryouts will be held at the LTHS Tennis Courts on the following days & times:

Monday July 27th 9:00AM-4:00PM (If needed)

Tuesday July 28th 9:00AM-4:00PM (If needed)

The tryouts will be tournament-style or if there is a small number of entries it will be a Round Robin 'Pod-Play' style tryouts. UTR's will be verified on the last day of sign ups and those will be used to create the draws/pods. Please make plans to be available for both days for tryouts.

• A Match Schedule will be sent out prior to the first day of tryouts-
• PLEASE read the match schedule carefully and show up to the LTHS tennis courts when you're assigned to play. You may check in at the tournament desk in the tennis portable (next to the courts) 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Please make sure to wear appropriate court shoes and athletic attire, bring your tennis racquet, water jug, towel and everything you need to be able to compete. We will have water available to refill your water jugs as needed.
• No spectators (parents, outside coaches or players who are not on court) will be allowed during any part of tryouts.
• Players should be prepared to play on both days of tryouts- losing does not mean you are eliminated from the tryout tournament

IMPORTANT PAPERWORK INFO:

Please make note that If you make make any of the LTHS tennis teams you will be required to get a physical valid for the 26-27' school year and you must complete Rank One paperwork for the new 2026-2027 school year

YOU MUST GET A PHYSICAL AND COMPLETE THE RANK ONE ONLINE PAPERWORK PRIOR TO TRYOUTS

• All players must have a current physical on file- NO EXCEPTIONS!!  
• All athletic paperwork needs to be turned in through Rank One

Important End of Summer dates to plan ahead for if you make the Varsity Team:

Mandatory Varsity Practices will begin the last week of July 7/29-7/31

We will have practices and compete in several Team tennis matches the next week August 8/3-8/8

JV Practices and Matches will begin at the start of the 2026-2027 School Year
